For 160 years, the highest Commonwealth military decoration for gallantry has been the Victoria Cross (VC).  These are the extraordinary stories of New Zealand’s VC recipients.

This book tells the story of every service man nominated, ranging through engagements from Britain’s Imperial Wars of the late 1800’s to the twentieth century’s two great global conflicts and today’s on going ‘War on Terror’.
