The absorbing memoirs of a New Zealand pilot who flew RAF Harriers, Hunters, and Hawks, and then enjoyed a long career with Air New Zealand.  He was also a successful sportsman in fencing, basketball, and windsurfing for over 50 years, and flew glider aerobatic displays at air shows.  His national and international sports successes continued will into his 60’s, even competing with sportsmen 40 years his junior at times.
