Description

The game of Snakes and Ladders originated in India as a game based on morality, and made it’s way to Britain in the the late 1800’s.  The ladders represented virtues such as generosity, faith, humility etc., and the snakes represented vices such as anger and theft.  Today, Snakes and Ladders continues to be enjoyed by many children, and we’re sure that this version – based on an original game dating from the 1920’s – will bring hours of fun as it is played today.
