Designed as an expansive new display hall, this complex was opened in February 2013. Due to the pressing need for suitable venues for corporate activity in Christchurch following the 2010/2011 earthquakes, the Air Force Museum Trust Board partnered with Vbase to help market the city, using our new building to meet the demand.
The 1,500m2 Conference and Events (C&E) Hall offers a blank canvas for trade exhibitions, conferences, gala dinners and functions and can be configured to meet your event requirements.
There are also numerous breakout areas and meeting rooms capable of holding up to 130 people. This makes the new venue ideal for large events, as well as your board meetings, seminars, and any other smaller events. The Tuck Shop Café, a soaring Atrium, and impressive Aircraft Hall enhance your options even further.
