Standard Delivery Information
Your purchase can be sent directly to you or your gift recipient, whether they live in New Zealand or overseas. Please see below for our delivery methods, times and fees.
New Zealand Orders
For orders under $80 delivery cost is $6.00 using New Zealand Post (2-4 days non-rural) or $8.00 using New Zealand Couriers (1-2 days). For orders over $80 delivery cost is free using New Zealand Post or New Zealand Couriers.
New Zealand orders are delivered by New Zealand Couriers and New Zealand Post. We use their non-signature required service so your order will be left at your door or in your letterbox if you are not home to receive it. If there isn’t a safe place the courier will leave a calling card with details of how to collect your order.

We accept all international orders and world wide delivery cost is $15.00 non-tracked.
Additional Charges on Overseas Orders
Our prices do not include import fees, duties, tariffs, taxes or other import charges which may be payable in other countries. So please be aware that your order may incur these additional charges which the recipient will be responsible for paying.

Our 90 Day Gift Guarantee
At times selecting just the right gift can be tricky. We want to take the worry out of gift-giving with by offering Air Force Museum Gift-Givers a 90 day gift guarantee. We’ll exchange any product that isn’t 100% satisfactory within 90 days of delivery – no questions asked!
If the gift turns out to be “not really me” you have three months to return the item in its original condition and packaging. Once returned, you can decide whether you would like to exchange it or receive a refund for the item’s value. The choice is entirely up to you.

For our overseas customers, we understand that sending an item back can take a bit longer. Therefore, we offer all international orders a 120 day gift guarantee to ensure that you have plenty of time to send back any items that you’re not entirely happy with.

Payment & Security
Air Force Museum does not collect or store credit card details. Credit card and debit card payments are securely processed by Direct Payment Solutions (DPS), New Zealand’s largest and most trusted payment provider. Payment is taken when you submit your order.
Providing a safe, private and secure online shopping experience is paramount to us. So when sensitive information is submitted, it is encrypted and protected with a 256 bit SSL certificate.

Returns & Exchanges
New Zealand Orders
Our returns process is simple and hassle free. Just call or email us and let us know whether you would like to exchange the gift or receive a refund for the item’s value within 90 days of receiving the gift.
We will cover the cost of sending an exchange to you and ask that you cover the cost of returning the item back to us.
Please note items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for our 90 day gift guarantee and exchanges offer.

To allow for longer delivery times, international customers have 120 days to return and exchange an item. Gifts must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Note that you will need to cover the cost of sending the item back to us, as well as sending an exchange back to you.
Refund & Cancellations Refunds & Replacements
Each item is carefully selected and packaged, which means the vast majority of gifts arrive in fantastic condition.
However, should you ever receive a faulty gift from us, please let us know immediately.
New Zealand Orders
We will organise our courier to collect it at a time and place that’s convenient for you. All you need to do is carefully repackage gift for the courier to pick it up.
Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we will either provide a replacement or refund for the gift, as instructed by you.
For overseas customers we will provide a refund of the faulty gift upon receipt and inspection. What’s more, we will refund the initial delivery cost and ask that you cover the cost of returning the item back to us.
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, you can do this up until the order has been dispatched. We will provide you with a full refund within 48hrs.
