Overview

Who deserves a medal in your life?

Back in April, when My Name is Henry Fanshaw was launched, the Museum organised a short story competition for tamariki. They were asked to write about a special person in their lives who they think deserve a medal.

We received dozens of fantastic entries, each unique and special. Winners were chosen and given an awesome prize pack.

You can now read a selection of short stories up on the first floor in the Atrium. This is a temporary exhibition, so make sure you don't miss it!
