Operation Papa Pilot
Available for the month of September
Follow Papa Pilot and his furry family as he leads them on an exciting day out around the museum to celebrate Father’s Day. Discover what the Pilot Family does for fun then return to base for your prize!

Operation B.O.B.
Join our team of fearless pilot bears as they take part in one of the biggest battles of WW2 – the Battle of Britain. (B.O.B). Find all 10 pilots then return to Base for your prize!

Operation B.O.B will be available from the weekend of Saturday the 18th September.
Battle of Britain Remembered: CANCELLED
We regret to advise that this event has been CANCELLED due to Saturday's earthquake and the ongoing state of emergency.
Sunday 12th September
Join us as we mark the 70th anniversary of the Battle of Britain with an afternoon featuring a brass ensemble, guest speakers and a sing along. All welcome.

Back by popular demand... Escape into your imagination as you explore the Air Force Museum by torchlight! Journey back in time and complete a series of all new challenges inspired by the largest prisoner of war breakout ever attempted. B.Y.O. torch!

Come along to Wigram for a fun-filled day out with the family at the Air Force Museum of New Zealand! Join us as we recreate the atmosphere of a village fair day with vintage games, stalls, rides, music, dance and food galore. Why not bring the family and make a day of it!
